Can someone else render videos with my face?
No. Your likeness is tied to your account and renders only there. The whole pipeline is built account by account: your Brain, your twin, your channels.
How is my consent and biometric data handled?
You give explicit consent before any twin training, and the disclosure names exactly what is processed and why. Your data is not pooled with other users, and you can request deletion at any time. The full policy is at Biometric Data Policy.
How do the credits work?
You get 600 ACE Credits each month. A video costs 20 credits per started 30 seconds, so 600 covers about 15 one-minute videos or 30 thirty-second ones. Image posts are 5 credits each. If you want more volume, top-up packs are available inside the app.
Which platforms does it post to?
The calendar schedules Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Finished posts publish to your connected accounts, and the connections screen shows you exactly which channels are live.
What if I do not have content to train the Brain with?
You do not need a content library. The guided interview walks you through your stories, offers, and proof, and that alone can train the Brain. If you do have material, PDFs, voice memos, links, and past posts all feed in.
How long does setup take?
Plan for one focused session: load the Brain, answer the interview prompts you want, and record your voice and twin once. Twin training runs in the background and the workspace shows you each gate turning green as it finishes.
Can it post images and text too, or only video?
Both. Image posts and text posts share the same Brain and the same calendar, so your channels stay active between videos and the message stays consistent everywhere.
What does canceling look like?
